How to delete your online account and its data

In the game (straight away)

Open VORTEX GP and go to SETTINGS > ACCOUNT.
Tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm.

Your account, rider name, progress, coins, gems, items, results, friends, mail and leaderboard places are deleted from our server at once.

Without the game

Write to dev@soenic.com with the subject Delete my account, from the email address of the Google account linked to your rider, or with your rider name. We delete the account within 30 days and answer you when it is done.

What is kept

Purchase records (Google's order number and a one-way hash of the purchase token) are kept only as long as the law requires for payments. Fair-play records and reports are deleted after 90 days. Server logs are overwritten automatically. Deleted data cannot be restored, and gems in a deleted account are lost.

Uninstalling the game does not delete your online account. Details: Privacy Policy.
