Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Soenic studio ("we", "us") about using VORTEX GP ("the game"). By tapping ACCEPT you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read and accept these terms with you.
1. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Who owns what
The game, its code, graphics, music, sounds, voices, bikes, circuits and the VORTEX GP name and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us (see CREDITS in the game). These terms do not give you any ownership of them.
3. Fiction
All teams, riders, sponsors, bikes and circuits in the game are fictional. VORTEX GP is not connected with, or endorsed by, any real racing series, team, rider, sponsor or manufacturer.
4. Coins, experience and items
Coins, experience, rider levels, skills, achievements and garage items are earned by playing (some garage items are bought with gems, see 5). They have no money value, cannot be sold, exchanged for money or transferred to another account, and are not your property. We may change how they work in updates to keep the game fair and fun.
5. Gems bought with money
- Gems are a game currency you can buy in the SHOP through Google Play. Google Play handles the payment and shows the price, including any taxes, before you pay. We never see your payment details.
- Buying gems gives you a licence to use them in the game, not money or property. Gems cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to another account, and items bought with gems stay with your account.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and the consumer law of your country. A purchase that Google refunds or charges back may be taken off your account.
- If you paid but the gems did not arrive, the game tries again by itself; if they still do not arrive, write to us with the order number from your Google Play receipt.
- If you are under the age of majority, ask a parent or guardian before buying.
- Gems and items are tied to your online account. They are lost if you delete the account, and if we ever stop the game's online service we will announce it in the game first.
6. What you must not do
- copy, sell, rent or share the game or its content, or publish it as your own;
- decompile, reverse engineer or modify the game, except where the law allows it;
- cheat, or use tools that change the game or its saved data;
- use the game for anything unlawful.
7. Online play
Online races, rooms, friends, mail and chat use an account on our server (see the PRIVACY POLICY). When you play online:
- choose a rider name that is not offensive, does not pretend to be someone else, and contains no contact details or links;
- be respectful in chat: no insults, threats, hate, sexual content, spam, scams or sharing anyone's personal information;
- race fairly: no cheating, modified game files, tools that change your speed, position or lap times, or exploiting bugs;
- do not attack, overload or try to get into our server, or anyone else's account.
The server checks every race. A rider caught cheating is disqualified from that race and gets a strike; several strikes in 30 days ban online races for a while (single-player races keep working). You can appeal a strike or ban in SETTINGS > ACCOUNT. We may rename, mute, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice for serious or repeated cases. You can report a player and block them from contacting you inside the game.
The game asks Google Play to confirm that it is the genuine VORTEX GP installed from Google Play. A modified copy, or one installed from somewhere else, may not be able to play online, buy gems or enter the rank.
Online play needs an internet connection and our server. We try to keep it running, but it may be unavailable at times, and online features may change or end. Offline races keep working.
You can delete your online account at any time in SETTINGS > ACCOUNT (DELETE ACCOUNT).
8. Play safely
- Never play while driving, riding or walking in traffic.
- Take a break of at least 10 minutes every hour, and stop if your eyes, hands or wrists hurt.
- A small number of people may have seizures when they see flashing lights or patterns. If you or anyone in your family has had epilepsy or seizures, ask a doctor before playing. Stop at once and see a doctor if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, eye or muscle twitches, or lose awareness.
- Racing in the game is not real riding. Do not try anything you see in the game on real roads.
9. Updates
We may update the game to fix problems or add features. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We may stop offering the game in the future.
10. No warranty
The game and its online service are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that they will be free of errors, work on every device or be always available, or that saved progress can never be lost. We are not responsible for what other players say or do online, but we act on reports.
11. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of saved progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
12. Ending this agreement
You can end it at any time by deleting your online account (if you have one) and uninstalling the game. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, their version number changes and the game asks you to read and accept them again.
